Existing Cyclones in the Eastern Region:

Potential Cyclones:

There are currently no significant lows in the region and none are expected to develop for the rest of the week. A surge in easterly winds off the central Queensland coast could lead to the formation of a tropical low further to the north early next week. The likelihood of it becoming a tropical cyclone is Low on Monday and Tuesday.
