Updated Tropical Cyclone Outlook for the Western Region

Existing Cyclones in the Western Region:

Potential Cyclones:


At 10am AWST Saturday 7 January, Ex-Tropical Cyclone Ellie was located near the WA/NT border about 110 kilometres east-southeast of Balgo and forecast to move into the Northern Territory and weaken.

There are no other significant tropical lows in the region and none are expected to develop over the next seven days.
