In Aiyota, instead of the conventional work days when only daytime and the evening are worked in, it separates the day into four separate quarters of work, each 6 hours long, allowing 18 hours free time. There are almost the same amount of workers in Aiyota during each shift, with slightly less in the "Very hours" and more in the "Mid Hours"

  • Very Hours - 12 pm to 6 am
  • Waking Hours - 6 am to 12 am
  • Afternoon Hours - 12 am to 6 pm
  • Mid hours - 6 pm to 12 pm

With a working force of ~180 million, there's an average of 45 million workers per shift.

Due to Aiyota never sleeping it has easily become an industrial global nation, constantly conferencing places as far away as Yektonisa or Issagga. All this has earned Aiyota the title of "The nation that never sleeps" despite being in only one time zone.

24/7 is not a sign needed in Aiyota. everything is 24/7
