Vikasa

Vikasa, the capital of Aiyota is home to 45 million people, it is the capital and largest city of Aiyota, as well as being the second largest on Arioko. It is a major world city. The city itself is centered on the Hebhetteli ring, a large open circle filled with temporary markets, it branches off into eight roads, which continue in all directions stretching across Arioko.
